Ortho Shop is committed to customer satisfaction with the purchase of our products.

Ortho Shop will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Defective items need authorization before returning and will be evaluated before a refund is issued. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Damaged goods need to be reported within 48 hours of receipt to receive a refund.

Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will need to be returned at the customer's expense and will incur a 15% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from the refund. We do not refund the original shipping that you paid on the order unless the product is found to be defective.

To start a return please contact us by sending an email to with your order number and reason for return for a return authorization. All products must be returned within 30 days of purchase date (note: custom or special orders cannot be returned).

Returns must include a copy of the invoice, and product is to be in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition to meet the quality standards, appearance and physical count. If these conditions are met, a refund will be issued once the item is received back by Ortho Shop and evaluated. Returns made after 31 days will be accepted at the discretion of Ortho Shop. No products will be accepted for return if the purchase date exceeds 60 days.
