Shipping

Ortho Shop provides shipping via UPS and packages are F.O.B. point of origin. Get free UPS Ground Shipping on orders $100 and above in product, limited to the 48 continental United States and Washington DC. Hawaii, Alaska & US outlying islands customers can choose from various shipping options at checkout. All packages are shipped from our office in Virginia Beach, VA. Shipping charges (if applicable) and taxes will be applied to your invoice upon checking out.

Orders under $100 will be charged with the shipping option that is selected at checkout.

Ortho Shop only sells online within the United States. Please contact us at sales@orthoshopamerica.com for international orders.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and other U.S. Territories: Please expect significantly slower ship times to states and territories outside the continental U.S.

All customers are able to purchase UPS expedited shipping at checkout: UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Early A.M. UPS cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses.
